The article mentions some of the popular Ouray events like the Ouray Ice Festival as well as other events that are regularly held in the city such as catching a film at the historic Wright Opera House.
Also mentioned in the article is our neighbor Telluride, which the article calls a “quaint ski town”. Telluride’s Holiday Prelude and its Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade are singled out. And we can’t forget about Durango which HGTV named as a “Top 10 Christmas Town”. Durango is where families can enjoy the Polar Express Train Ride, operated by the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. This railroad is yet another historic sight more than worth visiting.
