Have you decided on any Halloween plans yet? Maybe you’ve devised an incredible costume idea for this year but you still have yet to determine where to spend All Hallows’ Eve and showcase your creative costume. If that is indeed the case, why not visit the Sherbino Theater over in neighboring Ridgway tomorrow night, October 27. This weekend, the venue will transform into the not so spooky host of the SherBOOno’s Annual Halloween Party.
In addition to all of the sure to be amazing costumes and the dancing, music will be performed courtesy of Durango FUNK Allstars (D.F.A.). Comprised of musicians like A Lombardo, Chris Ross, Evan Suiter, Ryan McCurry, and Jeff Nelson, the band has developed a reputation for its energy and improv skills. Members of the band have fine-tuned their skills performing with major musical acts like Rush, Phish, and Colorado-based band The String Cheese Incident.
Are you prepared to have a scary good time with D.F..A.? The party kicks off at 7:30 pm when the doors and Sherbino bar open, followed by the live music at 8:00 pm. Tickets for the SherBOOno’s Annual Halloween Party are just $15 in advance or you can pay $20 at the door. Have fun tomorrow!
