If you’ve consistently read our previous blogs, you already know that when events are going down, some of the best ones are held over at the Sherbino in Ridgway. Sure enough, another event is happening next week at this same venue, and this one is great for the entire family!
Next Thursday, the Sherbino will be hosting its regular Free Family Movie Night event. This time around, the film being screened is Incredibles 2, the highly successful sequel to the Academy Award-winning original released way back in 2004. Fourteen years in the making, Incredibles 2 once again focuses on the Parr family as they juggle their family life while attempting to restore faith in a public that has become wary of superheroes.
Incredibles 2 includes the original voices of Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, and Sarah Vowell playing the roles of Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, and Violet Parr, respectively. Samuel L. Jackson also returns as the voice of Frozone. The film has already made history for having the best ever opening weekend debut for an animated film.
The Sherbino doors open at 6 pm and the movie will begin at 6:30.
