Privacy Policy: No personal information including e-mail addresses
are given or used by anyone outside the organization. We do not collect
personal information about people who browse our website.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival will not
be charged. Cancellations made on the day of arrival up to 3:00 P.M. will be
charged thirty five dollars ($35), after 3:00 P.M. the full room rate will
be charged.
Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy limits may NOT be exceeded.
Maximum occupancy for any room is the total number of adults and children
(over two). If the number of guests in your party changes, please notify us
immediately.
Smoking: The rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed on the deck
area.
Cribs: Cribs are available and may be requested at time of
reservation.
Towels: Please do not take our towels from the rooms, towels are provided at
the outdoor hot tub.
Negligence: We provide clean, comfortable rooms for your stay. Guests
will be held responsible for any damages to the property, the rooms or their
contents.
Security: Please make sure your personal belongings are secure. We
are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Pets: Dogs are allowed with a small fee. They may not be left in
rooms unattended at any time.
Check in time: After 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:30 A.M.
